Berlado Fried Round Eggplant

3-4 eggplant seeds
½ tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon sugar


  • 4-5 stalks of red chilli
  • 5 stalks of rice chili
  • 3 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato seed

Way way:
The cut eggplant is soaked in a little salt water for a while. Toss and fry immediately. Lift and set aside.
