Berlado Fried Round Eggplant

3-4 eggplant seeds
½ tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon sugar
- 4-5 stalks of red chilli
- 5 stalks of rice chili
- 3 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tomato seed
The cut eggplant is soaked in a little salt water for a while. Toss and fry immediately. Lift and set aside.
Using the same oil, sauté the ground ingredients until cooked through and fragrant.
Add enough salt and sugar. If less sour, you can add sour pieces.
